Coloring Contest
Enter your child’s rooster picture in our coloring contest on September 17 by stopping by The Barn located at 2406 Bradenbaugh Road White Hall, MD 21161 during the Gourds and More Event between 10:00 am and 2:30 pm. The judging will be divided into 3 age groups: 3 year old – 5 year old; 6 year old – 8 year old and 9 year old-12 year old. A gourd chicken will be awarded to the winner of each of the three groups. The following guidelines must be followed:
- Download the picture from our Facebook page (Benjamin’s Landing at Lowe Farms), pick up from our billboard at an event or pick up at The Barn during a workshop. If downloaded it should fill an 8 ½” x 11” piece of paper.
- Have your child color the rooster.
- Bring the completed entry to The Barn on Bradenbaugh Road during our Gourds and More Event between 10:00 am – 2:30 pm.
- On the back of the entry write: child’s name, age group and a contact number and name of person answering the call.
- Winners will be announced at 3:45 pm on the 17th.
- Winners need not be present at the time of the announcement of winners, but they must make arrangements to pick up their prize chicken.
- The decision of the judges is final.
